Our Employability offer provides knowledge, experience and practical solutions for young people to develop employability skills and understand employer expectations, alongside addressing attitudinal and behavioural barriers which could hinder their employment prospects.
We are able to tailor courses for specific cohorts to ensure that the material and learning is relatable to individual circumstances and delivered in a person centred way.
Change is achieved through peer-led contemporary education, changing language, thinking and beliefs that reinforce and justify helplessness and asking bold questions.
