The course helps secondary school students make informed decisions about their well-being and personal safety through discussions and interactive activities. By the end, students will have the tools to navigate challenges and maintain positive relationships.

Level 1 - Understanding Own Response to Body image, Drug Awareness for the Individual, Awareness of Social and Physical Aspects of Adult Relationships, Family Relationships, Understanding Young People, Law and Order, Sex and Relationships, Personal Confidence and Self Awareness, Safe Independent Travel, Assertiveness and Decision Making Skills, Maintaining Sexual Health.
