Our sessions are bespoke to each young person, we will use their special interests to engage them, develop confidence and ultimately support them to access and continue in education.

We use Evidence Me alongside a young persons EHCP or ILP and the current curriculum to record and marry up a young persons health and emotional welfare alongside bespoke learning frameworks.
