Student Expected Outcomes
Through the martial art jiu jitsu students will learn that anger and aggression is not the best way to solve their problems. Instead they'll learn how to control their emotions and channel them in the right way so they can problem solve in intense situations. This course will sky rocket students self belief, resilience, self confidence and ability to take failure and use it to improve.

5 years doing jiu jitsu and helping teach classes for kids/teens/adults, the programme is coached by a jiu jitsu purple belt under one of the best practitioners in the UK and one of the best jiu jitsu practitioners to ever do the sport.
