In this course you will be using a wide range of mediums, soft pastel, ink, fine line pen, collage for example. You will learn how to combine mediums with watercolours and how to use them on their own. This course will develop your skills using different painting techniques.
This is a leisure course, therefore no PLR paperwork required. - Course level and content

This course is suitable for intermediate learners with basic knowledge of watercolour and some mediums.
What will I learn?
• Use a range of watercolour techniques, including different types of paint
• Develop practical skills in basic drawing, sketching and transferring images from photographs and still life
• Colour mixing, use of various mediums including gouache and ink as well as watercolours - What do you need?

Learners do not need to have many materials or equipment immediately. The basic equipment consists of:
Drawing pencils, putty rubber, acrylic painting pad A4, canvas (size to be advised in class), zest it oil painting medium, oil paints, acrylic paints, oil and acrylic paint brushes, painting apron, table top easel or art board to lean on. - Enrolment status
