Throughout the course, emphasis will be placed on creativity as a form of self-expression and a tool for enhancing personal wellbeing. Nature-based themes will serve as inspiration for developing visually engaging compositions, while participants are supported in cultivating mindfulness, confidence, and a sense of playfulness in their work.
This course provides a structured yet flexible space for adults to explore watercolour painting, develop artistic confidence, and enjoy the restorative benefits of creative practice.
ENGAGING WITH YOUR PERSONAL LEARNING RECORD (PLR) PAPERWORK
All community learning courses require learners to engage with Personal Learning Record (PLR) paperwork. At the beginning of the course, you will be supported in setting personal learning aims, which will guide your development over the duration of the programme. Your tutor will assess your progress at key points—at the start, mid-point, and conclusion of the course—providing written feedback to help document your learning and achievements. - Course level and content
