- During the course you will learn what is meant by mental health and the causes of mental health in children and young people. You will also explore types of support and rights which children and young people can obtain.??
- Course level and content
- This a Level 1 course. You must have Entry Level English and or Maths to study this course. As well as the passion for potentially working with children.

You may need access to a computer/laptop in order to word process work and access our online platform for work submissions.
You will need to come equipt to class with a notepad and pen. - What can I do next?
- This course will give you the basic knowledge and understanding of Mental Health, we then offer progression routes into Level 1, 2 and 3 Early Years and TA. Similarly, we offer other courses relevant such as Safeguarding, Specific Learning Difficutlies, Neuroscience and Equality and Diversity. You could also look to get involved with volunteering. All information and guidance will be given to you at the end of your course.
