Course Outline
“Supporting young people to regulate, re-engage, and rebuild confidence.”

At Fresh Pathways, we provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for primary and secondary students, delivered within school settings using our own specialist resources.

Our approach is child-led, flexible, and personalised, with programmes ranging from 6 weeks to 12-week interventions.

We specialise in supporting children and young people with SEND, particularly those experiencing social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. We also work with students who may not have a formal diagnosis but require additional support with engagement, behaviour, or emotional wellbeing.

Our provision focuses on:
• Emotional regulation and wellbeing
• Building self-esteem and confidence
• Re-engagement with education
• Positive behaviour and decision-making
• Social skills and relationship building
• Managing anxiety and low mood

Sessions are delivered through engaging, hands-on approaches such as sport-based activities, arts and crafts, sensory-based learning, and creative interventions. This enables young people to build trust, feel safe, and develop skills in a way that is meaningful and accessible to them.

Our aim is to create a supportive environment where every young person feels understood, valued, and empowered to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
