Throughout the course, you’ll explore a range of watercolour techniques — from loose, expressive washes and flowing brushstrokes to more controlled, detailed work. You’ll learn how to handle colour blending, layering, texture, and composition, while developing your own personal style at a comfortable pace. The course offers step by step guidance and demonstrations; constructive encouragement tailored to your individual ability.
ENGAGING WITH YOUR PERSONAL LEARNING RECORD (PLR) PAPERWORK
All community learning courses require learners to engage with Personal Learning Record (PLR) paperwork. At the beginning of the course, you will be supported in setting personal learning aims, which will guide your development over the duration of the programme. Your tutor will assess your progress at key points—at the start, mid-point, and conclusion of the course—providing written feedback to help document your learning and achievements. - Course level and content
