Creative Calm – Oils & Acrylics for Mental Health & Wellbeing is a gentle, supportive art class designed to help adults use painting as a tool for relaxation, reflection and emotional balance. Through guided activities using oils and acrylics, learners will explore colour, texture and expressive techniques that encourage mindfulness and reduce stress. No previous art experience is needed — just a willingness to experiment and enjoy the calming process of creating. This course focuses on building confidence, reconnecting with creativity, and developing simple artistic practices that can support long term mental wellbeing.
