Reconnect with your creativity from the comfort of your own home in this inspiring 3-week virtual painting course. Designed for adults of all abilities, this course combines painting and mixed media techniques with gentle mindfulness practices to support wellbeing and self-expression. By the end of the three weeks, you’ll have completed a series of personal artworks, discovered new techniques, and developed creative practices you can continue long after the course ends. Take time for yourself, slow down, and let creativity flow — all without leaving home.
ENGAGING WITH YOUR PERSONAL LEARNING RECORD (PLR) PAPERWORK
All community learning courses require learners to engage with Personal Learning Record (PLR) paperwork. At the beginning of the course, you will be supported in setting personal learning aims, which will guide your development over the duration of the programme. Your tutor will assess your progress at key points—at the start, mid-point, and conclusion of the course—providing written feedback to help document your learning and achievements. - Course level and content

Each weekly online session will guide you through accessible creative processes that encourage exploration rather than perfection. You’ll experiment with paint, layered materials, texture, and mark-making while learning how mindful awareness can enhance your creative experience.
