Funding Documents for Early Years School Providers

Early Years Parent Funding Agreement 1 April 2024 - 31 August 2025

This form is to be completed by a parent or carer with legal responsibility for an eligible child, together with the chosen early years provider. Please review the details each term to ensure they are up to date before submitting your claim. 

2-year-old Funding Process

This is the process you follow when offering a 2-year-old funded place 

This is a guide to the evidence required when parents are applying via the following routes:

  • Children of Zambrano Carers 
  • Children of families with no recourse to public funds ( NRPF) with a right to remain in the UK on the grounds of private and family life under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights;

Extended Entitlement (30 hours childcare) process

This funding is only available  for 3 and 4-year-old children where working parents meet the eligibility criteria
