Trudy Hillier will discuss some of the many references to the natural world in Shakespeare’s plays and sonnets.
We’ll discuss how Shakespeare particularly uses flowers, trees and other aspects of the natural world in his plays. We’ll talk, then refreshments will be available, followed by a walk round London Road Cemetery with Derek Robinson, expert on the trees in the cemetery.
