A warm, interactive event of live music, poetry, spoken work, physical theatre and improvisation, featuring professional and local community performers. (Book sales and author signings.)

Featuring sections from the book by Danny Scott 'Numb - the edge of Feeling'.

Abandoned at just 15 months on a London street, Danny Scott's life began with harsh rejection – and the years that followed only deepened it. Children's homes. Foster care. The savage racially motivated bullying in school that pushed him to the edge of suicide. Expelled at 16, barely literate, his future looked non-existent.

But then he had a life-changing encounter. Decades later, Danny has built an international performing career spanning 40 countries – from corporate boardrooms to prison cells, prestigious universities to youth detention centres, stages and performing arts academies to psychiatric wards.
