Coventry City Council is running some free classes for adults at Frederick Bird Academy (Swan Lane, CV2 4QQ), starting at either 11am or 1.30pm.
Sign up for a variety of courses, such as art, healthy eating, building employability skills, or communication with children using signs and symbols.
Classes are:
- Tuesday 21 July - 11am-12.30pm - Art
- Tuesday 21 July - 1.30pm-3pm - Phonics
- Wednesday 22 July - 11am-12.30pm - Art
- Wednesday 22 July - 1.30pm-3pm - Communicating with your child using signs and symbols
- Thursday 23 July - 11am-12.30pm - Art
- Thursday 23 July - 1.30pm - 3pm - Caring for young children
- Tuesday 28 July - 11am-12.30pm - Fuel up healthy eating
- Tuesday 28 July - 1.30pm-3pm - Art
- Wednesday 29 July - 11am-12.30pm - Build your employability skills
- Wednesday 29 July - 1.30pm-3pm - Art
- Thursday 30 July - 11am-12.30pm - Caring for young children
- Thursday 30 July - 1.30pm-3pm - Art
All the courses are open to anybody and are completely free! If you'd like to find out more and attend a course, please come to Frederick Bird Academy on the day of the class, where a member of the Coventry Learns team will enrol you or call 024 7697 5200.
