2024 winter planting events
This winter's tree-planting events are now underway with the assistance of the Ranger Team.
We will mainly be revisiting the sites that were planted in the last three winters, to restock them after they were badly hit by the heat in 2022 and 2023.
We'd like to say a big thank you to all the volunteers who came out in the cold and helped us to plant trees in the last few years. This has helped the city expand its woodlands considerably which will provide increased biodiversity across the city in the coming years.
