Book awards 2023

This award is for the best book for children and young people aged 9-13. There are 8 shortlisted books carefully selected by a panel of teachers and librarians. The books reflect a diverse range of genres and styles giving the reader many different viewpoints on the world. These books were chosen to help readers find the right story for themselves, the one which grabs them and makes them want to carry on reading for enjoyment.
