We attach great value to supporting our staff to develop and grow in their work through Professional Development Days, creative collaboration within and between departments, and coaching and peer mentoring.
We regularly support teachers with professional development opportunities alongside a middle leadership programme to support those in post or aspiring to take on a middle leadership role.
