With Coronavirus undoubtedly affecting all of us, Coventry City Council are prioritising the minimisation of risk to our team, our stakeholders, customers and our organisation in line with Government guidance. We are continuing to operate although all team members are still working from home for the time being. Therefore, we are not able to confirm any appointments to come out to your organisation to carry out a free energy audit at the moment. However, we are offering organisations the option of a remote energy audit, if you are happy to send details such as electric and gas bills/photos etc. through to us and then we can write an energy report based on our remote findings. For more information about how a remote energy audit will work for your business then download our handy checklist, which explains everything. If you would like a remote energy audit in the first instance please email [email protected] One of our energy advisors will then call you to arrange this which can be through video call so we can see your premises etc. We still continue to provide advice to organisations through phone or video calls and we can provide all the video call technology for you.
We will of course ensure that once we are able to start visiting businesses, prioritise those organisations who confirm that they would like an energy audit and your organisation will be added to the system in request order. Therefore, please continue to contact us at [email protected]try.gov.uk or telephone us on 024 7697 2046. You can also follow us on twitter @cwgreenbusiness.
Our priority is to continue to support organisations with the sustainability agenda and below are some useful links containing advice and funding support for businesses during this period of uncertainty caused by COVID-19.
If you wish to discuss anything with us direct then please call us on 024 7697 2046 or 024 7697 1069. Keep safe and well, and stay in touch.
