Coventry Markets and Street Trading Services, part of Coventry City Council, are about to launch a range of flexible and supported opportunities for young people, local craft people and people wishing to go into business for the first time.
The opportunities are well thought out, structured enterprises that come with the wealth of experience from a Markets team eager to encourage, back and mentor people wishing to take the first steps in becoming sole traders.
Initial discussions are particularly invited from young people who may be eligible for start-up grants from the likes of the Princess Trust or Back to Work schemes, individuals wanting to get back into work or follow a change of career and Craftspeople looking to turn their hobby into a small business.
