We will not accept very sick or injured dogs into our kennels out of hours. If you believe the dog you have found is sick or injured and needs veterinary assistance, we recommend you take the dog to a vet (MediVets have an emergency out of hours practice in Coventry) where they can be treated and monitored overnight until the dog warden is back on duty the following day.
If you require assistance with transport out of hours and cannot keep the dog contained until the dog warden is on duty the following morning, you may be able to find a volunteer to help you with transport on the Lost and Found Pets Coventry Facebook group.
