Our 'SPIRE' values
Our ‘SPIRE’ values underpin everything we do at InsprED Pathways. Values are the ideals of behaviour that we strive to show in our lives. Our values have been developed by our own school community and reflect the diverse city of Coventry which makes us so special. We want all our students to demonstrate our values and contribute to both our school community and to the wider communities that we share and participate in.

- Integrity: acting with honesty and kindness whilst standing up for what is right
- Respect: showing care and consideration for ourselves, others and our environment
- Empathy: seeking to understand and appreciate different perspectives
Our SPIRE values are: Success, Perseverance, Integrity, Respect and Empathy. These values have been created to support our student’s personal development as they progress through their pathway. Through our values our students learn to be part of a community who show care and respect for themselves and the those around them.
We embody our values through regular assemblies, tutor times, postcards and through all conversations we have in school. We are proud of the relational approach we take and aim for our SPIRE Values to be at the heart of everything we do.
Ethos
Our motto, ‘Paving the way to Brighter Futures’, says it all. We offer a personalised package of timely interventions to support children at a time of great vulnerability. We offer a service where care and compassion go hand in hand with excellent education, while restoring hope and positivity at a time when it is most needed. A service whose guiding principles are about making the difficult times manageable, giving pupils a great education and helping them move on successfully to their next phase of learning.
