Job rotation

Job rotation enables employers to develop and upskill their existing workforce while maintaining business continuity. Employees can undertake training and professional development, with their position temporarily filled by a pre-screened candidate. The programme provides end-to-end support, including recruitment, candidate matching, and ongoing guidance throughout the placement.

How it works for businesses:

  1. Identify employees who would benefit from training, upskilling, or career progression opportunities.
  2. We help recruit a motivated jobseeker to temporarily fill the role while your employee attends training.
  3. Your employee can focus fully on learning and development without impacting day-to-day operations.
  4. Following completion of the training, they return to their role with enhanced skills, knowledge, and confidence.
  5. At the same time, the temporary recruit gains valuable workplace experience and improved employment prospects, helping to strengthen the local talent pool.
