Thrive at Work has teamed up with the Coventry Job Shop to offer businesses and organisations across the city a free online webinar on how to combat bullying and harassment in the workplace.

The session, which will be held via Microsoft Teams, will be led by Sharon Docherty.

Sharon has worked in Human Resources as a civil servant within the Ministry of Defence for over 20 years.

With her extensive knowledge around bullying and harassment in the workplace, she will be covering:

  • What do we mean by workplace bullying?
  • What are the different types of workplace bullying?
  • How can we recognise it – particularly upward bullying?
  • Definition vs Statistics
  • An interactive session discussing real-life scenarios.
  • What to consider when drafting a workplace bullying policy

There will be time for a Q+A at the end of the presentation and this webinar will be recorded.

The session will be held on Thursday 18 July, from 11am-12noon.
