Also on the 2025 line-up is Charterhouse; explore this beautifully restored Grade I listed former monastery, The Albany Theatre; get a behind-the-scenes tour of this thriving cultural venue, Canley Ford Nature Trail; discover hidden natural heritage in the city’s green spaces and Daimler Powerhouse; learn about Coventry’s transport and industrial innovation in this converted factory hub for the arts.

Councillor Abdul Salam Khan, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Events, said: “We’re proud to kick off another fantastic Heritage Open Days this Friday. With new venues like Daimler Powerhouse and Spirit Bridge Studio and old favourites like St Mary’s Guildhall and Coombe Abbey, there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect way to discover Coventry’s past, present and future completely free of charge.”

Heritage Open days begins this Friday, running until Sunday 21 September 2025.

Councillor Naeem Akhtar, Cabinet Member for Housing and Communities, added: “Heritage Open Days brings Coventry’s communities together.
