Work continues on City Centre South, the ambitious regeneration project that will change Coventry.
Barracks Car Park and City Arcade have now been demolished fully. The full demolition of the site is expected to be completed by 2026.
Hill, the developer, begins work on the first phase of project in early 2026. That first phase of the programme will bring new affordable homes to the city.
City Centre South will bring new homes, green spaces, retail and leisure opportunities to the city centre. It’s all part of our work to make Coventry a great place to live, work and visit.
