Following the success of last year’s Coventry Job Fest, Coventry City Council has announced Job Fest will return on Thursday 5 February, 10am-2pm at Moat House Leisure at Neighbourhood Centre.

The city played host to three events last year, in St Michael’s, Foleshill and Longford, which saw over 1,800 local residents attending the event to access invaluable help and support to people looking for job opportunities.

Now, the event is returning, this time in Henley, at Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre  on Winston Avenue on Thursday 5 February.

Residents are invited to come along to meet with local employers, hear about live job vacancies and apply on-the-spot for any jobs they may be interested in.

There will also be the chance to hear about work experience opportunities, take part in CV and interview workshops, sign up for training, and enjoy an innovative virtual reality experience.

Councillor Dr Kindy Sandhu, Cabinet Member for Education and Skills at Coventry City Council, said: “It was brilliant to see the huge success of last year’s Coventry Job Fest events and we really hope to build on that. We wanted to bring these events out into communities to give people the chance to find out exactly what’s available and how we, as a Council, can support people finding work and learning opportunities.”

Councillor Jim O’Boyle, Cabinet Member for Jobs, Regeneration and Climate Change, said: “It’s fantastic that Job Fest is back again in 2026. Finding a job can be life-changing and Coventry Job Fest will be there to support residents, no matter where they may be on their journey to finding employment. I encourage anyone who is looking for work to come along on if they can. If not, keep an eye out, as we’re hoping to host more Coventry Job Fest events across the city in the coming months!”
