Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and NQT Induction Tutors

CCC

NQT Manager

Coventry City Council Appropriate Body uses an online paperless system to manage the registration and induction process for NQTs.

Schools are able to register their new NQTs.

As NQT Manager is an online system there is no software to install it is accessed via the internet and runs through any web browser; it is a secure encrypted, password protected system, which is backed up regularly, so all of your data is safe. This service allows you to register your NQTs and submit their electronic assessments securely online.

If you have not already registered your school, the school's Induction Coordinator will need to register their details. Once the induction Coordinator’s request has been authorised by the Appropriate Body they can then login and register their own NQTs and add other system users onto NQT Manager i.e. Headteacher, Tutors and School Administrators.

If your school registered last year they will already have an Induction coordinator and Headteacher on the NQT Manager system. If you want to add a new or additional Induction Coordinator you will need to get an existing user to add you to the system.

Financial year 2019/2020 NQT induction prices

The cost per NQT is:

  • £260 for 9 NQTs or fewer
  • £225 for 10 - 19 NQTs (across a Trust or School)
  • £195 for 20 NQTs or more (across a Trust or School)

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us (details below).

Please note: you should never login using a password belonging to another member of staff. This is against the terms and conditions of using nqtmanager.com. If you require access to an NQT Manager please ask an existing Induction Tutor or Headteacher to add you to the system. Alternatively please contact the LA NQT Administrative Support.
