Notification of Examination for the Homes in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Development Plan Document (DPD)

In accordance with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, we hereby provide notification that the Councils Homes in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Development Plan Document (DPD) will be subject to Examination in Public by an independent Inspector. Please note the following details:

  • Hearing Date: 23 January 2024 and (if required) 24 January 2024
  • Time: 10.00
  • Venue: All hearing sessions will be held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS
  • Inspector: C Dillon BA (Hons) MRTPI
