Our clearance service includes the removal of waste, which includes hazardous waste, deceased pets and items of furniture requested for removal from the property. Waste is disposed of responsibly by Coventry City Council.
Skip hire and disposal of waste is included within a quotation as well as any necessary pest control treatments which will be carried out by our fully trained Commercial Pest Control Team.
Any items of monetary or sentimental value found at the property during a clearance will be noted and retained for the customer, including photographs, jewellery, documents or money.
