Report a faulty traffic signal
When reporting a faulty traffic signal we will require:
- The number of the traffic signal (if possible). This is a black number on the pole
- Location - as much detail as possible including nearest junction (for crossings)
- Type of facility - pedestrian crossing or traffic signal controlled junction
- Nature of fault
