If no one in your household can move your bins to the collection point because of poor health, a disability or mobility problems, you can apply for an assisted bin collection.
We will look at each application individually. We may need to visit your home to confirm that you need the service and agree where we will collect and return your bins.
If your application is approved, we will contact you from time to time to check that you still need the service. Please tell us if things change.
