Purpose of the consultation
The school admissions code states that when admission authorities propose changes to their current admission arrangements, they must consult on those changes for a minimum of six weeks. This consultation period allows parents, other schools, religious authorities and the local community to raise any concerns about their proposed admission arrangements.

School consultations
Some Coventry and neighbouring Local Authority schools may choose to consult on making changes to their admissions arrangements for 2026 entry. Where this is happening we will add details below of the schools involved, the timescales for their consultation and links to the proposed policies. Any comments or objections should be directed to the schools or admissionsconsultation@coventry.gov.uk.
