Only insurance companies can request CCTV stills of road traffic accidents.
Please note that stills can only be requested if the incident happened within the last 30 days.
You will need to register which will create you a profile. This will enable you to check the status of your claim at any point.
There is no paper format available.
If we are able to provide usable and appropriate stills we will advise you by email and ask you to fill out the disclosure form.
The cost of this service is £150. If the time taken to search for the stills is more than 2 hours then we will charge £30 per additional half an hour.
This service is only available Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5pm and Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm.
