Junior parkrun
War Memorial Park junior parkrun is a 2k running/walking event for children and young people from age 4 to 14 years old. The event takes place each Sunday with a 9am start.
It’s easy to take part! Just register each child or young person before turning up on a Sunday morning, and listen out for the short briefing that we give first-time participants at 8:50am to explain all about it.

Please be aware that the junior parkrun will be active in the park from 9am to 9.30am and so some of the paths will be more busy than usual during this time.
