Visitor Centre at War Memorial Park

The Visitor Centre is open between 9am and 4pm. The Visitor Centre has an education room which is also available for hire.

Toilets are open between 8:45am and 4:30pm.

Room hire

We have two rooms based in the visitor centre which can be booked individually or as one larger space.

The first room available measures at 41.25m2 and the second room measures at 36.75m2. If combining both as one larger space they measure at 78m2.

Both rooms have access to toilet facilities and include the use of tables and chairs. We can accommodate 29 people per room without the use of tables, 26 people with tables.

When combining both rooms as one larger space, the maximum capacity is 58 people without tables and 52 people with tables included.

When booking the room to hold physical classes we recommend no more than 10 participants plus trainer/instructor per room.

Prices

Charges include the use of a tea urn, kettle and cups, but not food or drinks. Refreshments can be purchased or arranged through the park's cafés.
