Awards and recognition
Accreditations enable organisations to demonstrate their commitment to employee welfare and show how they have worked to improve health and wellbeing in the workplace. Once an organisation passes both the Starting Steps and Core modules, it will also achieve NCFE accreditation. The Workplace Wellbeing Award gives organisations the opportunity to continue with additional modules focused on health and wellbeing, supporting their ongoing commitment to employee welfare.
