Awards and recognition
Accreditations enables organisations to embed their commitment to employee welfare and to demonstrate how they have worked to improve health and wellbeing in the workplace. As soon as the organisation passes both of the Starting Steps and Core module they will also be NCFE accredited. The Workplace Wellbeing Award also gives the organisations to continue with other modules based around health and wellbeing that will help with the ongoing commitment to employee welfare.
