Jenny has a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management and completed a PGD in Human Resource Management. She is extremely enthusiastic about employee engagement, workplace wellbeing and assisting companies to grow and develop. Qualified Mental Health First Aider, Dementia Champion, & Professional Recruiter. She's trained in Job Evaluation, Employment Law, policy amendments and evaluations, health and safety legislation, health needs analysis and creative thinking.

When not working she loves overseas travel, particularly cruises. She is a yoga enthusiast and enjoys experimenting with new recipes – healthy eating of course!

Business Development Officer

Elise has a 2:1 degree in Media and Cultural Studies and has vast experience within digital marketing where she has worked both Business-To-Business and Business-To-Consumer. Her creativity and drive has allowed her to write engaging content for well-known businesses in her previous marketing roles. Elise is a Domestic Abuse Champion and spreads her knowledge to the rest of the team. She is currently working towards a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management to increase her knowledge in business and HR.

In her free time, Elise enjoys aerial sports and Calithentics. 

Laura Wells

 

Business Development Officer

Laura began her career working for an interior design company as an apprentice seamstress and upholsterer. She worked her way up through the business to become work room manager. With over ten years’ experience within the business sector, she brings extensive knowledge of business needs and brings real life experiences to the team. Following this Laura worked within the recruitment and training sector. By enabling and facilitating work-based training for both employers and employees, she understands the ongoing needs of companies. She has a passion for workplace wellbeing, working within the Thrive team allows Laura to expand her skill set further as she is now working towards her CIPD HR qualifications, to be able to give accurate and meaningful advice to the companies she works with. When she isn't working, Laura is metal detecting and spending time at her allotment.
