Youth outreach - help and support

Welcome

This page is here to help you find support, information and activities if you’re aged up to 18 (and some services go up to 25).
If a Step Together Youth Worker is supporting you, they may show you some of these links — but anyone can use them. All services listed here are free.

Remember:

You are not alone. Someone wants to help. Taking the first step is brave — and you deserve support.

If we’ve missed something on this page you think should be here, please tell us:

Young Person Support

Homepage - SafeCall [https://safecall.org.uk/]

If you’re away from home, thinking about leaving, or something just doesn’t feel right—SafeCall is here for you.

We’re a free, confidential support service for young people. Whether you’re feeling unsafe, unsure, or just need someone to talk to, we’re here to listen, without pressure or judgement.

You can remain anonymous. SafeCall is shaped with young people who share their lived experiences, ideas and feedback. That’s how we make sure our support works in the real world.
