Council statement

This Annual Accountability Statement for 2026 to 2027 was approved by the Head of Skills, Employment and Libraries, Coventry Learns steering group members, and the Cabinet Member with Portfolio responsibility for Education, Skills and Equalities. It sets out Coventry Learns’ key priorities, planned scale of provision and measurable outcomes for the year ahead.

Progress will be monitored through the service’s established performance and governance arrangements and reviewed as part of annual planning. The submitted statement will be published on the Coventry City Council website by 1 December 2026.
