Attendance charges
A charge will be made for agencies that do not contribute to the Coventry Safeguarding Children Partnership for some of the training we offer. Please email cscptraining@coventry.gov.uk for further details.
Cancellation charges
Cancellation fees will apply to ALL agencies & training, in the event of the delegate not attending or a substitute delegate not being identified
It is your responsibility to let us know, in writing, if you are cancelling, please do not wait until you receive a cancellation charge.
This applies to both virtual and face-to-face training.
Please note: Declining your joining link will not be accepted as a cancellation notice.
It is the manager's responsibility to inform us if a delegate is off sick or no longer with the agency.
