What is a Family Hub?

A Family Hub is a welcoming place where children, young people and families of all ages can seek help and support, and to experience activities that enable your family to thrive.  Whether you’re a parent with young children, a teenager, or anyone in between, a Coventry Family Hub is the place to go to connect you with the help and guidance to ensure you receive the right help at the right time with the right people.  By collaborating with various services, agencies and teams, the Family Hub helps residents access a wide range of services, providing information, advice, and support tailored to your individual circumstances

How do I get help from a family hub?

You can drop into any of our eight Family Hubs during operating hours from 8.30am to 5pm, call 0800 8870545, or have someone who is familiar with your situation request help on your behalf.  Regardless of where you live within the city, Family Hubs are ready to provide support. We run a daily “Here to help” offer so you can get help and advice as soon as you contact us. Many of the support staff working in Family Hubs also visit different locations throughout the city, such as community centres, schools, or health clinics. This collaborative approach ensures the Family Hub offer is available to all, even if you are unable to visit a Family Hub building, and support can be arranged either in your home or within your local community.

Get involved with my Family Hub

Family hubs recognise that our biggest resource is our community and encourage people to get involved in the shaping, design delivery and evaluation of the hub activities.

Currently all volunteering opportunities are full at Coventry Family Hubs. Future volunteer opportunities will be posted here.

We are always keen to gather the views and feedback of local service users. There are regular opportunities to contribute and a variety of ways to comment about the service.
