Primary Authority Partnerships

All businesses in a Primary Authority Partnership with us will be charged fees to recover the reasonable costs we incur in acting as the Primary Authority.

An initial set up fee of £866 will be charged to all businesses entering the scheme. This covers initial meetings, enquiries, travel to a location in Coventry etc and will result in a signed Primary Authority Partnership contract.

Any travel outside of Coventry and associated travel time will be recharged to the client.

The full amount is to be paid in advance and is non-refundable if the partnership doesn’t go ahead.

Thereafter, services will be charged at an hourly rate, as per the below:

Note: Legal Services hourly rates charged in accordance with the solicitors’ guideline hourly rates.

Any separate expenses incurred would be agreed in advance and charged in addition to the hourly rate (e.g. travel costs, testing fees, training etc).

The fees charged will be reviewed annually.
