Support for dyslexia
Dyslexia affects the ability to read and spell and sometimes maths is affected too, but it is not related to general intelligence. The more you read, the easier it becomes and all reading is good reading.
We have provided a booklist and a publication from Dyslexia Action called ‘Dive in’ to help children and their families with dyslexia. All libraries will stock these in their Books to help with Life’s Ups and Down’s section in the children’s library.
