Since it opened, our Job Shop has helped over 16,500 people into work. Today we're sharing the story of one of those people.
Working closely with business and organisations across the city, the Team find life-changing opportunities for residents and communities.
This year, the Team went into communities to deliver Coventry Job Fest. The events brought together employers and training providers in one place so residents could speak to them about the opportunities on offer.
One of the residents who received help was Cher.
The team helped Cher in her search for a role, identifying volunteering opportunities as well as a preparing her for interviews. We're delighted to say that she has now secured a role at Radio Plus as a broadcaster.
