We use the CORITY system for case management.
Pre-employment questionnaires
Templates can be made available through the OHSW Service functional mailbox: ohsw@coventry.gov.uk, these can be returned with password protection.
Health assessment referrals and clinical notes
All referrals and clinical records will be maintained on the CORITY system against the employee’s details. This enables an overview of all activities taking place for the employee. Outcomes are easily identified, and outstanding tasks can be monitored and followed up in a timely manner contributing to an effective and efficient service delivery. The information feeds into statistical reporting and contract monitoring.
Appointments
Clinical diaries are maintained on the CORITY system which enables easy identification of available appointment slots and tracking through the process. The diary/appointment details feed into statistical reporting and contract monitoring.
Health surveillance programmes
CORITY supports a comprehensive range of health surveillance activities and provides a recall and reminder system. The information from the health surveillance activities feed into statistical reporting and contract monitoring, including reports for health trend monitoring.
Statistics and reporting
The system is able to gather and collate statistics for trend analysis and monitoring the use of the Service.
The CORITY system is able to provide a comprehensive set of reports. The reporting module allows graphical presentation of information.
