Incident, Accident and Near miss reporting system

This 1 hour course aims to familiarise delegated with the City Council’s online reporting system for Incidents, Accidents and Near misses. Delegates will learn how to access the system, create a new record and update existing cases.

Managers and supervisors who have line manager responsibility for employees.
