The 2024/25 Transformation Plan mainly focuses on the financial year 2024/25 and there is a huge amount to do in this time.
The Council has created clear governance arrangements to enable strategic oversight and accountability for delivery and management of any risks, including through the new One Coventry Performance Framework.
