Elena Allen – Coventry Virtual School Training Lead and Lead Advisory Teacher
As the Training Lead for Coventry Virtual School, I design and deliver educational training across a range of educational settings and children’s services. I work closely with key stakeholders to develop tailored training that empowers the team around the child to effectively advocate for our young people. My goal is to ensure they receive the highest level of educational support, enabling them to reach their full potential. A key focus of my role is to enhance engagement and deepen understanding across the workforce.
The Virtual School provides training for:
- Designated Teachers and education settings
- Experienced and newly qualified social workers
- Foster carers
