What information do I need to provide?
When sending your enquiry, please quote the following:
- month
- line number
- supplier
- amount you are querying.
How long will it take to receive a response?
We aim to provide an acknowledgement within three working days and a full response within 20 working days.
We aim to be as transparent as we can. However, there may be cases where further information you request is not actually held, or is covered by an exemption under the DPA of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOI") and related regulations.
"Exemptions" are reasons why information may not be disclosed. Where this is the case, you will be advised in writing what exemption applies and how to appeal against this.
